Interior CGIs cost approximately £150-£550, whilst Exterior range from around £300-£800. These prices will fluctuate based on the quanity of CGIs ordered, and the complexity of the builds.
What information do we need to create a CGI?
The more information you give us, the better and closer to your initial vision your CGIs will be, but we can work with as little as a few architectural drawings!
Can CGIs be used for planning applications
Yes. We have produced CGI visuals specifically to support planning applications; in some cases, we have even used the CGI to directly address concerns raised during the planning process. This has contributed to clients subsequently gaining full planning permission.
How long does a CGI usually take?
Timescales depend on the scope, number of visuals and level of detail. Smaller CGIs can be completed in as little as five working days, while larger projects may take up to three weeks. Our projects include revisions, typically returned within around five working days.
