Ad-Hoc Work & Hourly Task Support

At TPD Creative, we understand that not every task fits neatly into a retainer or planned project. Businesses move quickly, and sometimes unexpected needs arise; a last-minute brochure edit, a web update, or a fast-turnaround social post.
That’s where our ad-hoc support comes in.
We offer flexible creative support for one-off or unplanned requests at our standard hourly rate of £65/hour. Whether it’s something small or time-sensitive, we’re happy to jump in and help.

How It Works

  • Hourly Rate: Ad-hoc work is billed at £65/hour, tracked in 1 hour increments.
  • No Prior Quote Needed: If a task is requested without prior agreement or briefing, we’ll assume you’re happy for us to proceed and log time accordingly.
  • Billing: These tasks are typically invoiced at the start of the following calendar month, although please allow up to 6 weeks from task completion for the invoice to be issued.
  • Urgent Requests: If we’re asked to prioritise something urgently (e.g. same-day or short-notice delivery), it will still fall under ad-hoc billing unless stated otherwise.
  • Flexibility: If you’d prefer a fixed price or bundled rate for recurring tasks, we’re happy to discuss a retainer or project-based alternative.
  • Caveat: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all ad-hoc requests are subject to these terms.

Why This Matters

We want to remain agile and helpful, especially when things crop up unexpectedly. This system allows us to respond quickly to your needs while making sure the work is properly resourced, tracked, and delivered without delays.
If you’d prefer more structure, our TPD-On-Demand package may be a better fit, offering consistent monthly support, priority scheduling, and one simple monthly invoice.
