Seastay: Building a Social Presence That Delivers Trust
Seastay, a Kent-based holiday let agency, partnered with TPD Creative to build and manage their social media presence, showcasing their unique stays along the coast while attracting guests through engaging, consistent content.

TPD Creative developed and implemented a clear social media strategy for Seastay, creating scroll-stopping posts, reels, and story content across Instagram and Facebook to showcase their properties, share local area highlights, and engage with potential guests. This approach helped Seastay build a recognisable online presence that reflected their warm, personal approach to hospitality.
As part of our ongoing social media partnership, we also carried out regular visits to Seastay’s properties for content capture sessions. These visits allowed us to gather a consistent stream of high-quality photos and videos, showcasing the accommodation, local surroundings, and guest experience. This hands-on approach ensured that every post reflected the real atmosphere of Seastay’s stays, while keeping the content authentic, varied, and perfectly aligned with the brand’s tone and audience expectations.

Our social media work with Seastay led to measurable improvements in brand visibility, audience engagement, and direct booking enquiries. Importantly, the clear communication, consistent quality, and proactive management we provided through Seastay’s social channels built trust with the owner, demonstrating TPD’s commitment to understanding and representing their business.
As a result of this trust, Seastay’s owner entrusted TPD Creative with the design and build of the website for their sister company, Chillout Campers. This project allowed us to translate our understanding of their brand values into a clear, user-friendly online platform, supporting their expansion into the campervan hire market while maintaining consistent visual and brand alignment.
