The Strategy Sprint is a focused three-session programme for businesses that need more than a few ideas. It’s designed to help you work out where you are, where you want to go and what your marketing needs to do to help get you there.
Across three sessions, we’ll look at your business, audience, positioning, brand, marketing and current activity, identifying what’s working, what’s missing and where the biggest opportunities sit.
Between sessions, we’ll review what we’ve uncovered, develop the thinking further and turn it into clear priorities. You’ll receive a written summary after each session, followed by a practical strategy and action plan that your team can use internally or work with TPD to deliver.
Session 1: Business, Brand & Current Position
Session 2: Audience, Positioning & Marketing Direction
Session 3: Strategy, Priorities & Action Plan
A much clearer understanding of where your marketing should be heading, what deserves your attention first and what needs to happen next.
You’ll receive written outputs throughout the Sprint, with a final strategy document bringing the recommendations, priorities and actions together into one clear plan.
Perfect for:
Founder-led brands looking to grow
Marketing teams needing an external steer
Anyone overwhelmed by “what to post” and where to begin
The Strategy Sprint is a fast-paced, structured plan builder; not coaching, and not theory. It’s three focused sessions where we help you shape your message, define your voice, and plan your next steps with confidence. You’ll walk away with PDFs after each session and a full content roadmap you can action or hand to your team.
📝 If you’re based within 30 minutes from our HQ (Ramsgate, Kent), this session can be arranged in person. If you’re further afield, the session will be remote by default, or we can discuss travel costs after purchase.
